If you're managing complexity, feeling overwhelmed, or just trying to stay on top of everything — ClearPath is for you.
Families living day-to-day with diagnoses that require ongoing care, tracking, and coordination across multiple providers.
The transition home can be the most overwhelming part. We provide structured follow-up so nothing falls through the cracks.
Coordinating between specialists is a full-time job. We help you track every provider and keep communication clear.
If you're leaving appointments more confused than when you arrived — you don't have to figure it out alone.
Getting started takes one conversation. Here's exactly what to expect — from your first call to ongoing support.
Book a 30-minute call with our RN team. Tell us about your child's diagnosis, current providers, and what's feeling most overwhelming. There's no obligation — just an honest conversation about whether ClearPath is the right fit.
We build a customized plan tailored to your child's specific diagnosis, specialist team, medication schedule, and your family's day-to-day reality. This becomes our shared roadmap for working together.
Depending on your plan, you'll have regular check-ins between sessions. We help you prepare for upcoming appointments, process recent ones, and stay organized through any changes in care.
Over time, the anxiety of "not knowing" starts to lift. You walk into appointments prepared. You respond to changes calmly. You know who to call and when — with a consistent, knowledgeable resource who knows your child's story.
We review your child's current care, providers, medications, and biggest pain points — so we know exactly where to start.
We help you create a system you can actually maintain — not a binder that sits on a shelf.
Secure messaging means a real point of contact between sessions — someone who knows your child's story.
Before each specialist visit, we help you organize questions and walk in prepared to advocate for your child.
We clarify which symptoms need an ER, which need a call, and which can wait — so you always know the next step.
As your child's care changes, so does your plan. We update alongside you — no starting over when things shift.
Every family's needs are different. Start where you are — and get the RN-led guidance your child deserves. Every plan includes free access to the ClearPath app.
Everything you need to know about ClearPath Pediatrics, our services, and how we support your family.
ClearPath Pediatrics is a private, RN-led care navigation and education service designed to support families with children who have complex or chronic medical needs. We help parents understand medical information, stay organized, and feel confident managing their child's care between clinical appointments.
No. ClearPath Pediatrics is not a medical practice and does not provide clinical care, diagnosis, or treatment. We are a care navigation and education service. All clinical decisions remain with your child's licensed healthcare providers.
ClearPath RNs are licensed Registered Nurses with experience in pediatric care. They are knowledgeable, compassionate, and dedicated to helping families navigate the complexities of pediatric healthcare — but they do not practice medicine or provide clinical recommendations.
ClearPath Pediatrics is currently based in Phoenix, Arizona. Our services are delivered virtually, which means we can support families across the country. Please reach out to confirm availability in your specific location.
We offer three core options: (1) Care Binder Setup — a one-time service to organize your child's full medical documentation; (2) Essentials Membership — monthly RN check-ins, a personalized care plan, and secure messaging; (3) Guided Care Membership — two monthly RN sessions, priority messaging, and comprehensive coordination support.
Our Care Binder Setup is a one-time fee of $97. The Essentials Membership is $149/month, and the Guided Care Membership is $249/month. There are no hidden fees. You can cancel your membership at any time.
ClearPath Pediatrics is a private-pay service and does not accept insurance at this time. We do not bill insurance companies, and our services are not covered by most insurance plans. Some families use HSA/FSA funds — please check with your plan administrator to confirm eligibility.
Many families find that ClearPath services may qualify as an eligible expense under HSA/FSA plans. However, eligibility varies by plan. We recommend checking with your HSA/FSA administrator to confirm whether our services qualify.
The first step is scheduling a free 30-minute consultation. During this call, we'll learn about your child's situation, answer your questions, and help you decide whether ClearPath is the right fit. There's no pressure and no obligation.
We'll talk about your child's diagnosis, current providers, what's feeling most overwhelming, and what kind of support would be most helpful. By the end of the call, you'll have a clear sense of whether ClearPath can help and which service option makes the most sense for your family.
If you decide to move forward after your consultation, we can typically onboard you within a few business days. Your RN will reach out to schedule your first formal session and begin building your care navigation plan.
Check-ins are conducted via phone or secure video. During each session, your RN will review any recent changes in your child's care, help you prepare for upcoming appointments, address any questions or concerns since the last session, and update your care navigation plan as needed.
Secure messaging allows you to send non-urgent questions and updates to your ClearPath RN between scheduled sessions. Your RN will respond within 1–2 business days. This is not for emergencies — if you have a medical emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
ClearPath RNs do not physically attend appointments. However, we do extensive appointment preparation with families before visits and help you debrief and process the information afterward — so you walk in prepared and leave with clarity.
ClearPath does not communicate directly with your child's medical team on your behalf. Our role is to help you understand, organize, and prepare — so that you can communicate more effectively with your providers yourself.
We take privacy seriously. ClearPath uses secure, HIPAA-compliant communication tools for all client interactions. We do not share your family's information with third parties without your explicit consent.
ClearPath is not an emergency service. If your child is experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately or go to your nearest emergency room. Do not wait to contact ClearPath — your child's safety comes first.
Yes. ClearPath memberships are month-to-month with no long-term commitment required. You can cancel at any time by contacting us. We'll confirm your cancellation and ensure a smooth transition.
Whether you have questions about our services or you're ready to get started, reach out — we'd love to connect.
